Job summary

AgileEngine in Buenos Aires is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer/SRE to design, build, and maintain cloud environments, including infrastructure as code, Kubernetes deployments, and the observability stack. You will use Terraform to provision cloud resources, implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD or Flux, operate production Kubernetes clusters, and develop Python tooling for automation.

Strong monitoring with Grafana, Tempo, and Thanos is required to ensure high availability and reliable

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years designing and operating infrastructure in major cloud environments.
• Proficient with Terraform for IaC.
• Experience with GitOps for automated deployments (ArgoCD/Flux).
• Production Kubernetes experience is required.
• Proficient in Python for automation tooling.
• Experience with Grafana dashboards and Tempo/Thanos for observability.

Responsibilities

• Cloud & IaC: Provision, manage, and scale cloud resources with Terraform.
• GitOps & Kubernetes: Deploy and maintain production clusters using declarative workflows.
• Automation Engineering: Write Python tooling and scripts for platform integrations.
• Observability: Maintain telemetry with Grafana, Tempo, Loki, and Thanos.
• HA & DR: Design and test high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
