Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a curious and self‑motivated DevOps Engineer with experience in building and operating modern cloud infrastructure. You'll be responsible for scalability, reliability, and performance of our systems, CI/CD pipelines, security, and compliance with company policies. This position requires strong expertise in at least one Cloud Computing Platform (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI), at least one IAC tool (Terraform preferred), at least one Container Orchestration System (k8s, ECS, nomad, etc.), and at least basic skills writing software (go, python, any language).

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure on AWS (and other cloud providers)
• Build and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions
• Drive automation across build, deployment, and operational tasks
• Maintain security standards of infrastructure (containers, application dependencies, terraform dependencies, firewalls, service meshes, etc.)
• Participation in on‑call rotations (primarily during your daytime)

Requirements

• Experience in AI driven development & debugging
• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps / SRE (some years could be substituted by experience in software engineering in general)
• Strong hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as a Code
• Solid understanding of AWS services (or other clouds)

In this role, you'll be a key contributor throughout the entire software development lifecycle, driving initiatives that improve system reliability, scalability, and developer productivity. • Architect, implement, and manage robust cloud infrastructure leveraging AWS and Azure, following industry best practices.
• Design and build Kubernetes‑based infrastructure and applications, including the development of custom operators to manage complex workloads and Helm applications to deploy our services.

What You Bring to the Team

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles, with a proven track record of building and supporting production‑grade systems.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and familiarity with core services like EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.
• Advanced experience with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes, with experience developing Kubernetes Operators.
• Proficiency in one or more scripting/programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins/CloudBees, GitLab CI/CD, Harness, or CircleCI, and hands‑on experience automating deployment workflows.
• Solid understanding of networking, cloud security, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Crossplane).
• Experience with observability tools like Coralogix, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen ability to identify root causes and drive resolution across diverse systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams in a collaborative, agile environment.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication in both languages.
