Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a capable Laboratory Project Manager to oversee all lab activities for assigned clinical trial projects. You will act as the main customer contact from study award through lifecycle, ensuring SOP compliance and best practices across startup, maintenance and closeout.

Responsibilities include study setup, budget review, risk tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with Study Setup, sites and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences or related field preferred
• 2-3 years in clinical trials, hospital-funded research, project management or laboratory environment
• Strong interpersonal and customer management skills
• Working knowledge of Project Management processes and central laboratory operations

Responsibilities

• Manage all laboratory aspects of assigned clinical trial projects
• Serve as main contact for Customer after award
• Monitor study timelines, budgets and documentation
• Coordinate communications across operational areas
• Provide study training and participate in audits
