Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO is strongly preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial phases, regulatory guidelines, GCP and ethical considerations.
• Proficiency in CTMS and other digital tools, with openness to new ways of working.
• Advanced level of English (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Providing administrative, logistical and operational support across all phases of clinical trials, from start-up through close-out.
• Setting up and maintaining the eTMF, ISF and Investigator Portal with timely archiving.
• Supporting study start-up, including regulatory submissions and drug release documentation.
• Coordinating clinical supply activities and liaising with Vendor Managers on contracting and site payments.
• Preparing local Investigator Meetings and distributing study communications to stakeholders.
• Supporting inspection readiness and audit activities in line with ICH-GCP and SOPs.
