IQVIA is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support clinical trial delivery, partnering with the Project Leader to mitigate risk, control costs, manage schedules and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes dashboard creation, financial oversight, risk management, and collaboration across global teams to accelerate drug development while maintaining quality and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Typically +2 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced English is mandatory; analytical/financial skills are a plus.
• Experience in clinical research or consulting is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain performance dashboards and analyze events to guide actions.
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely updates of milestones.
• Support risk and issue management processes.
• Manage project finances including estimates, expenses, invoices and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with vendor and PO management processes.
• Maintain baseline and change control processes.
• Provide data on cost, schedule, scope, utilization and quality for decision making.
• Develop and update Project Management Plans sections as needed.
• Support resource allocation against project budgets and portfolios.
• Prepare meeting minutes and correspondence for teams and customers.
• Organize meetings with PL and customers and prepare status reports.
