Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience in managing clinical operations with regulatory knowledge.
• Strong leadership to motivate and manage teams in a dynamic environment.
• Minimum of 2 years as an Operations Manager or in a people leadership role.
• Minimum of 3 years direct biosample management experience.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
