Job summary

TransPerfect in Buenos Aires is seeking a Client Services Associate to deliver high-quality technical and operational support for North America-based accounts. You will guide users through the VDR platform, handle inquiries, and train clients while building strong relationships.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced B2B environment. On-site 3 days weekly at Colegiales offices and a 11 am–8 pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a B2B environment.
• Native-level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable speaking on 1:1 calls with diverse B2B customers.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients by phone or email to consult on workflow and VDR processes.
• Provide first-line technical and operational support across the VDR platform.
• Host and manage online client training sessions.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely, accurate deliverables for clients.
• Maintain clear records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
