Globant is seeking a Senior Client Partner for our AI Finance Studio to lead strategic client relationships within the Finance sector and drive digital transformation with AI solutions.

You will translate AI capabilities into business value for financial clients, close complex deals, and grow revenue through long-term partnerships. This role requires strong bilingual communication in Spanish and English and a background in IT consulting.

Qualifications

• Experience in or supporting the Finance sector (Banking, FinTech, Capital Markets, Insurance, or Investment Management).
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data-driven solutions for financial clients.
• Background in IT Consulting or Enterprise Technology Solutions, advising C-level executives and closing complex deals.
• Proven track record in managing key client portfolios and driving revenue growth (P&L ownership a plus).
• Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum B2/C1) for cross-cultural communication.

We are seeking a Client Partner for our AI Finance Studio, Senior level, with a deep specialization in the Finance industry. In this role, you will lead strategic client relationships, driving high-impact digital transformation and pioneering artificial intelligence solutions to help financial institutions evolve, optimize operations, and create next-generation financial experiences.

What will help you succeed:

• Strategic Financial Services Experience: Solid professional track record working within or closely supporting the Finance sector (Banking, FinTech, Capital Markets, Insurance, or Investment Management).
• AI & Advanced Tech Acumen: Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data-driven solutions, with the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business value for financial clients.
• IT Consulting Background: Demonstrable experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Technology Solutions, advising C-level executives, closing complex deals, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Account Management & Growth: Proven track record in managing key client portfolios, building long-term strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth (P&L ownership/management experience is a plus).
• Professional Bilingualism (Spanish & English): Proven fluent command (minimum B2/C1 - Advanced) of both Spanish and English, essential for effective cross-cultural communication and negotiation in multinational environments.
