A leading immigration law firm in Buenos Aires is seeking an experienced Client Experience Specialist to handle client communications effectively. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of customer service experience, be bilingual in English, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is an on-site position offering competitive market compensation.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, preferably handling phone support.
  • Ability to work full-time.
  • Experience in Customer Experience/Service Roles.

Our client, a leading immigration law firm, is looking to hire a Client Experience Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client calls regarding cases in mid-to-advanced stages, providing specific answers about case status.
  • Address queries ranging from general case updates, requests for pending documents, to questions about upcoming payments.
  • Ensure the client feels confident and satisfied with their decision to trust their services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case information while following internal procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the timely resolution of client issues.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, practicing active listening to fully understand client concerns.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual: English (B2 or higher).
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, preferably handling phone support.
  • Strong communication skills and soft skills, including empathy and problem-solving.
  • Availability to work full‑time.

This is an on‑site position based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
