Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Chief-level NetSuite ERP expert to drive strategy and hands-on delivery of NetSuite OTC and ARM capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders to shape, build, and support revenue recognition end-to-end in a remote role.

You will lead design, documentation, testing, and post-production support while coordinating global teams to implement scalable NetSuite solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite ERP experience with revenue recognition.
• Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and Order to Cash (OTC) expertise.
• Experience in revenue accounting and revenue management.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Advanced SuiteScript, RESTlets development, and SDLC testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue recognition solution strategy using NetSuite capabilities.

• Design end‑to‑end NetSuite OTC and ARM implementations aligned to revenue recognition requirements
• Elicit requirements and probe stakeholder challenges to produce clear, actionable recommendations
• Capture functional specifications and create detailed design documentation
• Build demo code and deliver production‑ready SuiteScript and RESTlets solutions
• Implement unit tests and follow project standards across the full SDLC
• Provide post‑production support focused on NetSuite ERP revenue recognition functions
• Advise on NetSuite item catalog and record structure design and governance
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and analysts to plan delivery, validation, and releases
• Evaluate existing implementation artifacts and management directives to prioritize improvements

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands‑on Oracle NetSuite ERP experience with revenue recognition
• Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and Order to Cash (OTC) expertise
• Revenue accounting and revenue management experience
• Proven chief‑level leadership and strategic planning capability
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business groups
• Expert functional specification and design documentation skills
• Advanced SuiteScript, scripts, and RESTlets development skills
• Strong unit testing and verification protocol experience within full SDLC
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
• High ownership mindset with self‑starter initiative and minimal supervision needs
• Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)
