• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 4+ years of commercial furniture/workspace design experience.
• Proficiency in CET Designer and AutoCAD; familiarity with Project Spec.
• Strong English communication; client-facing collaboration.
• Familiarity with ADA, LEED, WELL building standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present visually compelling workspace solutions using CET Designer and AutoCAD.
• Create accurate drawings, renderings, and presentations for sales and marketing.
• Select finishes and furniture options aligning with client needs and continuity.
• Review plans, conduct code analyses, and incorporate site conditions into designs.
• Perform field verifications, measurements, and furniture inventories.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams; provide timely updates.
• Self-review all deliverables before distribution to stakeholders.
• Prepare final documentation for orders and installations; assist with as-built drawings.
• Provide coordination drawings to external partners (A&D firms, contractors, IT).
• Participate in training and industry events to stay current on trends.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines, codes, and ergonomic/tech integration.
