Circle Of Life Personal Care is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical support to clients in Northwest Arkansas.

We offer flexible PRN scheduling, allow you to choose assignments and coverage areas, and provide benefits such as starting pay of $16.50/hour with weekend differential, education assistance up to $2,500 annually, pre‑employment screening, paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and paid time off for full‑time and part‑time staff.

Formación

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must have valid and current driver’s license or access to reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Companionship and sitting.
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and other ADLs.
• Transportation to appointments.
• Errand running and transportation to events.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Recreational activities such as crafting, letter writing, exercising.
• Medication reminders.

Caregiver Qualifications

Prior caregiving experience preferred. Demonstrates compassion and an ability to build rapport with clients. Able to work independently and demonstrate dependable work habits. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must have valid and current driver's license or the ability to access reliable transportation. Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.
