Assurant, Inc. is seeking an Associate Business Unit Systems Analyst to support systems and staff by implementing enhancements that improve efficiency, compliance and growth. The role involves maintenance of system files, troubleshooting, and participating in small projects.

You will provide production support, assist with testing, document requirements, and collaborate with project teams. A bachelor’s degree or 2 years BA experience and strong MS Excel skills are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Mathematics, MIS or related field, or 2 years of BA or related role.
• 3+ years of professional work experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide production assistance for the applications we support and implement simple system fixes.
• Enter routine user-maintained table changes and train peers on routine changes.
• Participate in testing, drafting test plans, and unit/acceptance testing for small-scale projects.
• Identify project issues and prioritize tasks as assigned, showing basic knowledge of project management principles.
• Analyze requirements for simple new processes and participate in documenting system requirements.
• Build relationships with business partners, provide customer training on system enhancements, and communicate clearly in writing and speech.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in business administration

Mathematics

MIS or related field

2+ years of BA or related role

3+ years of professional work experience

Excellent communication skills
