At Da Vinci Marble we help interior designers, architects, contractors, and homeowners create stunning interiors and exteriors with our curated selection of stone and tile. We’re looking for a Business Development Team Coordinator to support our Business Development Team in delivering exceptional service to the Bay Area’s top design professionals.

You don’t need to be a design expert to start, but you do need to be organized, dependable, and ready to learn. You will be the Business Development Team’s onsite support while they are out meeting with clients. This is a great opportunity to build skills, gain industry knowledge, and grow with a creative, high-energy company.

What You’ll Do
  • Schedule and confirm client meetings, site visits, and events
  • Keep our client database updated and accurate
  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for client presentations
  • Contribute to event coordination and showroom activities
  • Assist Business Development team follow up with client meetings
  • Update project leads pipeline shared documents monthly
  • Be the liaison between the Business Development Team and the Custom Project Team to coordinate cut-to-size and custom control samples, ensuring details are accurate and deadlines are met
  • Attend events in the Bay Area to assist with registration and provide onsite support
  • Help coordinate and track sample requests for clients
  • Support the team with Client Library updates to ensure materials are current and organized

Bonus Skills (not required)
  • Experience in interior design, architecture, or construction
  • Knowledge of natural stone and tile
  • Event or marketing support experience
