JPMorganChase is seeking a Business Analysis Associate II to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic initiatives through cross-functional collaboration. You will plan and direct work, make decisions that impact project outcomes, and manage complex situations in a dynamic finance environment.

You will support governance, readiness milestones, and data-driven reporting, while coaching team members and ensuring alignment with organizational goals across migrations and transformations.

Responsabilidades

• Support Operations Readiness planning and execution across migration and transformation initiatives.
• Assist with operational impact assessments, identifying affected teams, processes, and dependencies.
• Track readiness activities and milestones, including training, SOP updates, access, and sign-offs.
• Support governance materials, trackers, and evidence for readiness and PVT decisions.
• Help maintain visibility of readiness status, risks, and issues across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Project, Testing, Data, and Technology teams to align to migration timelines.
• Analyze and interpret data sets to uncover patterns and provide reporting for operational initiatives.
• Develop and implement automation strategies to optimize processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to drive business strategy implementations.
• Evaluate scenarios, assess risks, and make informed decisions impacting outcomes.
• Provide coaching to team members to ensure objectives are met.

As a Business Analysis Associate II within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and strategic initiatives. Key Accountabilities

• Support Operations Readiness planning and execution across migration and transformation initiatives.
• Assist with operational impact assessments, identifying affected teams, processes, and dependencies.
• Track readiness activities and milestones, including training, SOP updates, access, and sign-offs.
• Support preparation of governance materials, trackers, and evidence for readiness and PVT (Production Verification Testing) decisions.
• Help maintain clear visibility of readiness status, risks, and issues across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Project, Testing, Data, and Technology teams to ensure alignment to migration timelines.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets from varied sources, utilizing data analytics skills to uncover patterns and provide insightful reporting in support of operational and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement automation strategies, leveraging systems architecture knowledge to optimize processes and drive efficiency within the department.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with diverse teams across the organization to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive the successful implementation of business strategies.
• Utilize strategic thinking to evaluate potential scenarios, assess risks, and make informed decisions that have a direct impact on departmental outcomes.
• Provide coaching to team members, empowering them to take ownership of their work while ensuring objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
