Chevron is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join its Procurement and Supply Chain Management team in Puerto Madero, Argentina. The role focuses on data-driven decision making and optimizing supply chain operations for US and LATAM units.

You will work within the Buenos Aires Shared Services Center and collaborate across cross-functional teams to improve data analytics, reporting, and vendor performance.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and DAX for data analysis and visualization.
• Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading using T-SQL and Power Query/M.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Proactive approach to optimizing supply chain management processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately with minimal supervision.

Chevron is accepting online applications for the position SCM Business Analyst through August 10th at 11:59 PM. We're seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our Procurement and Supply Chain Management team. Successful candidates will join the Buenos Aires Shared Services Center located in Puerto Madero, Argentina, which has a workforce of more than 1000 employees that delivers business services and solutions across the globe since 2006.

As a Business Analyst, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize our supply chain operations, primarily for business units in the US and LATAM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI Service, Power Apps, Automate, Dataflows).
• Experience with Python for ETL, data analysis, visualization, and automation.
• Background in Data Analytics within Supply Chain Management (ERP Systems, GEP SMART).
• Advanced digital skills, including automation using VBA macros and Office Scripts in Microsoft Excel.
• Materials Management experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in the Oil and Gas industry is desirable.
