Takeda is seeking a Sr. Manager, Study Site Engagement in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will be the local face for study teams, sites and CRO partners, ensuring smooth trial operations from feasibility to Clinical Study Report. Expect strong site relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and regional travel up to 50%.

You will support site feasibility, study start-up, initiation, enrollment and post-study activities, while mentoring teams and shaping regional site engagement strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in clinical practice, health care, life sciences or drug development.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience with CRO or pharma; lead CRA or managerial experience welcomed.
• Extensive site management or monitoring experience across complex disease areas.
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas and regulatory knowledge including ICH-GCP.
• Strong written and verbal English and Spanish communication; proficient MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support SSE Lead in building the site list for feasibility and selection.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs and CRO colleagues on site identification and tracking.
• Attend Pre Study Visits and manage open items until closure with sites/CRO/team.
• Support site initiation, activation, and enrollment strategies across trials.
• Engage investigators and maintain long-term strategic relationships with sites.
