Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations professionals to optimize CRM workflows and revenue tooling in a remote setting. The role centers on data accuracy, reporting, and operational improvements across SaaS environments.

You will configure CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and manage quoting, billing, and project tools while building scalable workflows and documenting best practices for the teams. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
