Werben HR is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to maintain and optimize production systems with a focus on Web3 technologies. You will lead chain operations, perform advanced Web3 support, and drive system monitoring and SLA adherence.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Technical Operations/SRE, strong Linux skills, and hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and automation tools like Ansible and Terraform. Collaborate across teams to ensure reliability.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in Technical Operations, SRE or similar role, with a deep understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
• Deep Blockchain / Web3 expertise: troubleshooting JSON-RPC responses, validating logs, and working with chain foundations to improve network performance.
• DevOps experience: automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, Consul) and programming languages like Python, Go, or JavaScript; Docker and Kubernetes familiarity.
• System optimization skills: benchmarking, cost analysis, and tuning across cloud providers, hardware, and kernel parameters.
• Analytical and dashboard proficiency using Grafana or DataDog for detailed system insights.
• SLA/SLO and incident management experience, with PagerDuty or similar.
• Proactive, hands-on problem solving and ability to reduce risk and technical debt.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams; high energy, integrity and self-starter attitude.
• Knowledge of databases such as ScyllaDB, Redis, and Postgres; WAF optimization with CloudFlare; familiarity with Lambda and caching strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead chain operations, deployment, and operational management of new blockchain networks; ensure testing and optimization of chain performance.
• Tackle complex Web3 issues, post-mortems, and provide technical direction during incidents.
• Use Grafana/DataDog for system monitoring and health trending to drive reliability.
• Define and enforce stringent SLA/SLO objectives for platform services.
• Hands-on problem solving to minimize technical debt and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with Support L1 and cross-functional teams to maintain system efficiency.
