Job summary

Premier Research Argentina is seeking a Project Specialist to join our Business Operations team. You will coordinate cross-functional project teams to deliver trials, facilitate communications, and maintain project documentation.

You will also track budgets, vendor invoices, and Change Orders while ensuring audit readiness. The role requires an associate degree in life sciences or related field with clinical research experience, or a Bachelor’s degree, plus 1–2 years of relevant work history.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in life sciences or related field with 2 years clinical research experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1 year of professional work experience in clinical research, healthcare, business, finance, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cross-functional project team to ensure delivery.
• Facilitate team communications and maintain documentation internally and externally.
• Maintain internal and external project team contact lists.
• Schedule meetings, develop agendas, capture minutes, and manage the action log.
• Create and distribute study newsletters as required.
• Track budgets and vendor invoices; assist with Change Orders.
• Ensure audit readiness and manage study team lists and access requests.
