• Production strategy: design and implement seed production strategies to support product development, market advancement and commercial growth.
• Production Research & Scale-Up: lead seed production and process improvement trials to enhance yield, quality, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Supply Planning & Operational Excellence: develop and execute pre-commercial and commercial crop plans aligned with forecasts and business objectives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with global and regional teams to align priorities and execution plans.
• Compliance: ensure compliance with Integrated Management System and stewardship policies.
