Job summary

Gbs Group is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a remote LATAM role focused on performance marketing for universities and nonprofits. The role centers on turning complex marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to improve campaign performance and reporting systems.

You’ll work with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-driven marketing decisions across higher education and nonprofit partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
