Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Computer Science.
• 4+ years of professional analytics experience, including 3+ years in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong SQL and Python experience for data analysis, statistics, and visualization.
• Experience with large, high-volume datasets and data governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop reliable metrics and analytical frameworks, ensuring numbers are clearly defined, traceable, and supported by accurate source data.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Build and maintain recurring analyses, dashboards, and reporting processes, with a strong focus on improving efficiency and reducing manual work.
• Identify inconsistencies, data quality issues, and misleading results, and establish reliable validation practices to prevent them from recurring.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.
• Manage multiple analytical projects independently, prioritizing work based on business impact and urgency.
• Contribute to data governance by documenting metrics, sources, assumptions, and analytical methodologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Computer Science.
• 4+ years of professional experience in analytics, including 3+ years in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis, statistical analysis, and visualization.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets in a high-volume, transactional environment.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to go beyond basic reporting and aggregation.
• Demonstrated experience using data to influence or change business decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to validating analytical results.
• Experience automating recurring reporting or analytical workflows and measuring the resulting efficiency gains.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
