Join our Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) team and help transform business data into actionable insights that support sales performance, portfolio growth, and strategic decision-making. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will design and develop analytical tools, dashboards, reports, and automated solutions that enable business leaders to understand performance and make informed decisions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics leads, data scientists, and visualization specialists to define business metrics, translate requirements into scalable BI solutions, and deliver clear visual narratives. The ideal candidate combines strong experience in Business Intelligence, Python, Power BI, data visualization, and business analysis, with the ability to manage projects and provide analytical guidance with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions, analytical tools, dashboards, and reports.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Define business metrics and reporting requirements in collaboration with analytics leads, data scientists, and other specialists.
• Analyze business and sales data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
• Provide business analysis and analytical guidance to stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure BI solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

Python Development & Automation

• Develop BI and analytics solutions using Python.
• Build Python-based automations to improve Power BI reporting and data processes.
• Create reusable scripts and analytical components that increase efficiency and reduce manual activities.
• Support data preparation, transformation, validation, and integration activities.
• Apply quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs.

Data Visualization & Storytelling

• Design intuitive dashboards and visual reports that clearly communicate complex business information.
• Apply data visualization, data storytelling, and user interface design principles to analytical solutions.
• Transform analytical findings into clear visual narratives for business and leadership audiences.
• Continuously improve dashboards and reports based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Manage BI initiatives from requirements gathering through development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Analytics, Sales, Pricing, Finance, Marketing, and related business areas.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve analytical capabilities, reporting processes, and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Data Visualization, or related functions.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Python experience applied to Business Intelligence, analytics, reporting, or automation.
• Experience designing and developing dashboards, analytical tools, and reporting solutions.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into BI solutions and measurable business metrics.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization and data storytelling principles.
• Experience performing data validation and quality assurance activities.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing solutions with Power BI.
• Experience with SQL and relational data sources.
• Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Azure Data Studio, or other cloud and data technologies.
• Experience participating in Machine Learning projects.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles applied to dashboards and analytical products.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, or related business functions.
• Project management experience.
• Experience working in global and cross‑functional environments.
