JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Benefits Administration Analyst in Buenos Aires to manage employee benefits programs, enrollments, and records while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate payroll inputs. You will partner with vendors and respond to employee inquiries with a service mindset in a fast-paced HR environment.
Responsibilities include administering benefits, maintaining digitized records, monitoring vendor performance, and supporting audits and government filings.
