The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Buenos Aires is seeking a customer-focused beauty advisor to drive beauty care treatments, manage daily store operations and inventory, and provide personalized skin analysis to meet customer needs.

You will cultivate long-term client relationships, follow up on aftersales experiences, and work to strengthen loyalty to our prestigious cosmetics brands in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year related beauty working experience.
• Retail experience in prestige cosmetic products and first-class customer service skills preferred.
• Beauty-related diploma or certificates will be given priority.
• Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibilities.
