Werben HR is seeking technical leaders to join our engineering team in Córdoba, Argentina. You'll guide team members in designing and creating backend components, lead the software development process from start to finish, and propose innovative technical solutions.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in Golang, strong leadership skills, and a background in cloud technologies. The role offers health insurance, training, and various employee benefits.

Formación

• 3+ years experience developing in Golang. Node.js is a plus.
• 4+ years leading development teams.
• Experience with Microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and other software architectures.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
• Understanding of development best practices.
• Experience working with No-SQL DBs like MongoDB and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Background in developing scalable solutions using cloud technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Guide engineering team members in backend component design.
• Lead the software development process from requirements to release.
• Propose technical solutions for new components and features.
• Research and recommend new technologies and solutions.
• Collaborate on free software projects and participate as a speaker.
