Jobtailor in Argentina is seeking a Lab Access Operations Specialist to maintain user accounts, RBAC across Azure and Fabric, and governance of shared lab assets. You will handle day-to-day lab support, triage issues, and deploy changes using Azure Portal and templates.

The role requires hands-on Azure experience, Defender product knowledge, and fluent English. You will document processes, create runbooks, and collaborate with IAM and security SMEs for global support.

Formación

• 3–5 years in IT/Cloud Ops with access management or lab support.
• Hands-on Azure experience: Portal, Entra ID, RBAC, Subscriptions.
• GitHub for operational workflows (issues, PRs).
• Experience with Microsoft Defender products (Defender for Endpoint/Identity/Cloud).
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Microsoft certifications AZ-104, SC-300, or SC-200.

Responsabilidades

• Provision and decommission lab user accounts.
• Design, implement, and audit RBAC across Azure, Fabric, Defender, and Sentinel.
• Track and govern shared lab resources and assets.
• Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day lab support requests.
• Triage access issues and provisioning requests with defined SLAs.
• Deploy via Azure Portal and ARM/Bicep templates.
• Coordinate change approvals and maintain deployment logs.
• Manage lab access request pipelines and change tracking via GitHub.
