Job summary

AWS in Buenos Aires, Argentina is seeking a Security Solutions Architect to help customers overcome barriers to adoption by addressing security, risk, and compliance concerns and by building executive-level security advisor relationships.

You will work with customer security, audit, risk, and compliance teams to design controls, automate compliance, and enable secure cloud deployment. The role requires ~15% travel and collaboration across sales, solutions architecture, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Work with AWS customers to convey cloud computing security and risk management best practices.
• Develop internal security expertise within AWS sales and solutions architecture teams to drive revenue.
• Create technical content (white papers, reference architectures, blog posts, workshops, code samples) to aid customers in deploying secure cloud solutions.
• Assess security-related knowledge across AWS teams and develop capability-building plans.
• Present on security topics at AWS events and at security conferences.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Security Solutions Architect to work with our largest customers. In this vital role, you will help overcome barriers to AWS adoption by identifying and tackling major security, risk, and compliance questions from stakeholders, as well as build and maintain CISO/CRO and executive-level relationships becoming their Security Advisor. You will work directly with customer security, audit, risk and compliance teams to help them understand how to confidently utilize AWS, identify risk and design controls, setup ongoing assurance, and establish automated compliance.

The successful candidate will become a trusted advisor to customers and will work with AWS sales, business development, solutions architecture and product teams to help accelerate adoption by removing compliance and audit as barriers and suggest improvements to our services to meet the customer needs.
This position is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and the role requires approximately 15% travel (including international).
