Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer based in Argentina to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on migration, modernization, automation, and robust CI/CD practices across client projects.

You will work remotely in a remote-first environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to apply Well-Architected framework principles, improve deployment reliability, and mentor junior engineers while delivering

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps and AWS infrastructure experience.
• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, EKS, ECS).
• Proven experience with AWS migration and modernization projects.
• Strong Kubernetes and Docker expertise.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, AWS CodeSuite, CircleCI, or similar tools.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Solid knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework best practices.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing across the team.

• Apply AWS Well‑Architected Framework principles across infrastructure and deployment decisions.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues.
• Stay informed on developments in Data, AI, and Machine Learning and apply relevant technologies when appropriate.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing across the team.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on DevOps professional with strong AWS experience, a background in cloud migration and modernization, and the ability to build robust automation and CI\/CD practices across customer projects.

What We’re Looking For

• AWS Professional and Specialty certifications are highly valued.
• Exposure to Data, Machine Learning, or AI technologies is a plus.
