Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Cloud Architect to lead the enterprise AWS landing zone, reference architectures, and a self-service platform delivering secure, cost-aware infrastructure.

You will align security, networking, FinOps, and application teams, balancing velocity with resilience and financial accountability. You will own governance, multi-account design, and Well-Architected reviews while building code-driven guardrails and an enterprise platform that accelerates delivery across global

Qualifications

• Experience owning multi-account AWS landing zones with Organizations and Control Tower.
• Hands-on knowledge of VPC design, Transit Gateway, Cloud WAN, and centralized logging.
• Proficiency with Terraform IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and policy-as-code tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the AWS landing zone including OU hierarchy, baselines, and logging.
• Publish Well-Architected reference architectures and lead reviews.
• Build and govern a self-service cloud platform with guardrails and tagging policies.
• Lead 7-R migrations and multi-region resilience strategy.
• Drive Terraform module standards and GitOps workflows across teams.
