Iprospect Buenos Aires offshore team is seeking a Traffic Associate to support the execution of traffic functions for assigned accounts under Senior Associate and Manager guidance.

You will assist with traffic instructions, escalation of booking issues, and coordination with vendors, while developing core competencies in traffic management and internal collaboration.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Associates Degree; related traffic experience or entry-level administrative experience.
• Computer literate with solid understanding of Outlook and basic Office applications.

• Prepare and organize completed projects with traffic instructions for vendors.
• Help monitor weekly talent reports for accuracy.
• Learn and apply best practices from guidance from Senior Associate/Manager.
• Develop relationships with external vendors and internal partners.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Associate is an integral member of the traffic team, providing essential support on assigned accounts under the guidance of the Senior Associate and Manager. This position is accountable for assisting in the execution of traffic functions in cooperation with account management, media team, and client and/or creative agency, while developing core competencies in traffic management. This position is for the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, and works for teams located in Dentsu's agencies in other countries. Has a local support team that leads the integration and relationship with the other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Traffic Management:
  • Assist in managing assigned account(s) by supporting the Senior Associate and Manager with traffic instructions and orders based on client/account team input
  • Support the escalation process for incorrectly booked media under Senior Associate direction
  • Assist with problem-solving on assigned account(s) relating to traffic issues under supervision
  • Prepare and organize completed projects with traffic instructions to be distributed to vendors under Senior Associate review
  • Support the monitoring and review of weekly talent reports for accuracy
  • Assist in documenting and organizing Step by Step guidelines and processes for assigned account(s)
  • Learn and apply best practices procedures based on client needs with guidance from Senior Associate/Manager

  • Support the Senior Associate in maintaining vendor relationships for assigned account(s)

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• High School Diploma or Associates Degree - Year related Traffic experience or entry-level administrative experience
• Computer literate, with solid understanding of Outlook and basic Office applications

As part of the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, you must actively participate in the weekly virtual networking meetings with other members of the Argentina offshore team. You must also participate in the Offshore Team's peer-to-peer engagement activities held periodically in our Buenos Aires offices, except for those who are not located in that city.
