Our rates are at a discount to the carrier rates and the claims process is completely online and processed quickly. We are a small, casual inside sales agency without walk-in traffic.**What we need:** We need someone who is VERY ORGANIZED and has experience dealing with customers via the telephone & email. You must be able to manage emails, faxes, and inbound mail and keep it all organized and accounted for. This position requires someone who is a self starter and does not need to be micro managed. You will be dealing directly with customers regarding their shipping insurance claims and manage the entire process from filing to completion. In addition to claims processing this position will support general customer inquiries.
