Job summary

Mace busca un Desarrollador Digital Asistente para trabajar en la pila Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate/SharePoint Online) con enfoque cliente y entrega de proyectos. Se valorará certificación PL-200 y experiencia con PnP PowerShell para esquemas y automatización.

Rol orientado a desarrollo de interfaces y flujos eficientes, con posibilidad de trabajo híbrido y crecimiento técnico en el Centro de Excelencia Digital. Inglés avanzado recomendado y buena comunicación.

Qualifications

• Al menos 18 meses de experiencia con la pila Power Platform.
• Certificación de Asociado de Microsoft PL-200 (u otra equivalente).
• Uso de PnP PowerShell para crear esquemas de sitios y automatizar tareas.
• Creación de formularios o interfaces con validación y controles de listas.
• Experiencia con controles, pantallas, colecciones y tipos de variables.
• Conocimiento de fórmulas PowerFX.
• Integración de Power Apps con servicios externos mediante conectores personalizados, REST APIs y servicios web.
• Creación de flujos eficientes siguiendo buenas prácticas; manejo de errores y ramas paralelas.
• Conocimiento de conectores HTTP, Parse JSON y expresiones dinámicas.
• Mantener un alto estándar de entrega técnica y aprendizaje continuo.

Responsibilities

• Trabajar de forma autónoma en proyectos de baja complejidad o como parte de un equipo mayor.
• Contribuir al desarrollo de herramientas y procesos digitales que apoyen al equipo.
• Seguir un ciclo de desarrollo estructurado: definición de requisitos, diseño, desarrollo y pruebas, entrega y soporte post-implementación.
• Recopilar requisitos básicos y crear listas de tareas para gestionar entregables.
• Participar en sesiones de formación y compartir contenido relevante.
• Mantener actualizados los conocimientos de Power Platform mediante aprendizaje autodirigido.

The Project: The role is for a developer specializing in the Microsoft Power Platform technology stack (SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages). It is a client-facing role supporting fee-earning projects and programmes.

As part of your role, you will interface with the Mace project team and occasionally stakeholders from other organizations, if working on a joint venture project or directly for a client. You will be part of the Digital Centre of Excellence community, sharing knowledge and experience with other BI & Data professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from and amongst experienced practitioners and further develop your technical skill set.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Working autonomously on smaller or low complexity projects, or as part of a larger project team responsible for a particular deliverable or area of delivery.

• The principal responsibility of the role is to contribute to the development of digital tools, processes and outputs, including collaboration sites and associated user interfaces, that support the wider project team and enable better delivery of projects for our clients.

• You will be expected to adhere to a structured development lifecycle that includes requirements definition, design, development and testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, handover and post-implementation support.

• You should be able to gather basic requirements and create a task list to manage your own deliverables, including maintaining regular contact with direct stakeholders.

• You will be expected to attend all training and other sessions organised by the centre of excellence, contributing through presentation of sessions or content aligned to your interests.

• You must take responsibility for keeping your knowledge of Power Platform up to date through self-directed learning and independent exploration of new tools and functionality.

You’ll need to have:

• A minimum of 18 months of experience with the technology stack is expected.

• Holds a Microsoft Associate level certification (or equivalent certification issued by another provider) in your area of specialism, e.g. PL-200 for Power Platform.

• Makes use of PnP PowerShell to create a site schema (columns, content types, Lists, views) and to automate different tasks.

• Creates forms or other user interfaces using custom validation and List controls where appropriate.

• Has expertise in controls, screens, collections and variable types.

• Demonstrates some expertise in PowerFX formulas and functions.

• Experience of integrating Power Apps with external services through custom connectors, REST APIs and web services.

• Creates efficient flows by making use of industry best practices.

• Makes effective use of advanced features such as error handling, parallel branches and conditions.

• Knows and uses HTTP connectors, Parse JSON and dynamic expressions.

• Maintains a high standard of technical delivery.

You’ll also have:

• Any knowledge or experience of supporting tools and technologies such as Python, JSON, JavaScript, Plumsail or Lists would be a benefit but is not a requirement.

• Any experience with Power BI is an advantage but not a requirement.

• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
