ITT Inc. busca un/a Operador/a de Ensamblaje II - Soporte de Servicio de Campo para Argentina. Responsable de ensamble, desensamble, inspección, reparación y pruebas de equipos rotativos tanto en taller como en ubicaciones de cliente.

Apoyar a los Ingenieros de Servicio durante instalación, puesta en marcha y mantenimiento, y apoyar producción en taller. Valoramos experiencia en bombas, lectura de planos y uso de ERP para apoyar mejoras y soluciones técnicas.

Formación

• Técnico mecánico, electromecánico o formación técnica equivalente.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en ensamblaje, mantenimiento o reparación de equipos industriales.
• Experiencia con equipos rotativos y bombas industriales deseable.
• Exposición a servicio de campo deseable.

Responsabilidades

• Asistir a los Ingenieros de Servicio durante instalación, puesta en marcha y mantenimiento.
• Realizar desensamble mecánico y montaje en sitios de clientes.
• Recolectar datos operativos y realizar mediciones básicas.
• Apoyar alineación mecánica, ajustes y verificación de equipos.
• Preparar herramientas y repuestos necesarios para intervenciones.
• Cumplir con requisitos ESH&S de ITT y del cliente.
• Completar documentación de servicio y reportes de actividades.
• En taller, ensamblar, reparar y revisar bombas y equipos rotativos.
• Realizar pruebas hidráulicas y mecánicas según procedimientos.
• Realizar inspecciones dimensionales y mediciones con instrumentos de metrología.
• Preparar equipos para envío y mantener orden en áreas de trabajo.
• Apoyar a Producción, Ingeniería, Calidad y Almacén; participar en Lean y mejora continua.

Resumen de Posición

Responsible for performing assembly, disassembly, inspection, repair, and testing activities on rotating equipment both in the workshop and at customer locations. Provides hands‑on support to the Service Engineer during field service activities, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and aftermarket services.

When not assigned to field service activities, the position supports workshop production and repair operations while ensuring compliance with company safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Responsabilidades Esenciales

Field Service Support

• Assist Service Engineers during installation, commissioning, and maintenance of pumps and related equipment.
• Perform mechanical disassembly and assembly activities at customer sites.
• Collect operational data and perform basic measurements and inspections.
• Support mechanical alignment, adjustments, and equipment verification.
• Prepare tools, spare parts, materials, and equipment required for field interventions.
• Follow all ITT and customer ESH&S requirements and procedures.
• Complete service documentation and activity reports.

Workshop Operations

• Assemble, repair, and overhaul pumps and rotating equipment.
• Perform hydraulic, mechanical, and functional testing according to procedures.
• Conduct dimensional inspections and mechanical measurements using metrology instruments.
• Prepare equipment and components for shipment.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of work areas.
• Support Production, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse activities as required.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requisitos del Puesto

Education

• Mechanical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or equivalent technical background.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly, maintenance, or repair of industrial equipment.
• Experience with rotating equipment and industrial pumps is preferred.
• Previous field service exposure is desirable.

Technical Skills

• Basic mechanical drawing interpretation.
• Use of metrology and measurement instruments.
• Basic shaft alignment knowledge.
• Basic ERP and Microsoft Office skills.

Language

• Basic to intermediate English for reading technical manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
