Rumzer is seeking a Webflow Developer & Webmaster to own our website end-to-end, from building pages in Webflow to deploying updates and maintaining site health. This fully remote, part-time role (80 hours/month) offers flexibility and a meaningful impact on our digital presence.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a Webmaster, with at least 2 years in Webflow, stellar English, and a startup-ready mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Positive, self-motivated attitude to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent English is required; Spanish or German are a plus.

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
