Rumzer is seeking a Webflow Developer & Webmaster to own the website's development, deployment, and upkeep. This remote, part-time role (80 hours per month) offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a fast-paced startup environment.

You will build pages in Webflow, maintain site health, and implement basic SEO strategies to improve discoverability. The right candidate has at least 5 years of Webmaster experience and strong English, with Webflow proficiency of at least 2

About the Role:

• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go‑to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self‑motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving startup environment.
• Language: Fluent English is required. If you also speak Spanish or German, please let us know in your application, as bilingual candidates will receive preferential treatment!
• Independent thinker and self‑motivated.
