Indero is a Montreal-based CRO specializing in dermatology and is recruiting a Part-Time Accounting Clerk for its Argentina entity. The role supports day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow, and audit coordination to ensure compliant reporting.

The successful candidate will liaise with external accounting firms, manage tax withholdings, and assist with month-end and year-end closings in a flexible, home-based position.

Qualificações

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting roles.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support the timely scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May also perform tasks within the team involving other Foreign entities.

The Part-Time Accounting Clerk will support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. This role will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.
