BRG in Argentina is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day HR processes for employees in Argentina. You will coordinate onboarding, lifecycle changes, and offboarding while maintaining accurate records and supporting payroll and benefits across borders.

The role requires hands-on experience with Workday, strong attention to detail, and fluency in English and Spanish to collaborate with international HR teams and local stakeholders.

Formación

• Relevant experience in HR operations, administration, or similar roles.
• Working knowledge of Argentine employment practices and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating with payroll and benefits across countries.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first line of contact for HR matters in Argentina.
• Manage onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Process data changes in Workday (comp, promotions, benefits, status).
• Support year-end reviews and compensation letters.
• Coordinate benefits administration and liaise with local providers.
• Assist payroll by communicating changes and resolving queries.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and internal policies.
