Gensler in Buenos Aires is seeking an Architect to lead design development and coordinate architectural and workplace projects. You will work closely with a Design Director, shaping concepts and guiding delivery with autonomy, creativity, and technical judgment.

The role requires 5–10 years of post-graduate experience, strong Revit skills, and delivery across vertical residential, mixed-use, commercial, and workplace environments. This is a full-time onsite position in Buenos Aires.

• Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design or foreign equivalent.
• 5-10 years of post-graduate professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Demonstrated experience in vertical residential, mixed-use, commercial, and/or workplace projects.
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures.
• Strong leadership, communications and relationship management skills.
• Construction documentation and/or design detail development experience.
• Business proficiency in English is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit is required.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, 3d Max, Illustrator, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Autodesk Certified are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the design and delivery of the architectural and/or technical aspects of a project.
• Possess knowledge of architectural design principals, technical details, codes, and material characteristics.
• Providing project team coordination for the finished plans, specification, and material selections required for construction.
• Preparing and ensuring accuracy of technical documents
• Working with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.
• Produce architectural drawing.
• Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Director, contributing original design thinking and exercising autonomy and creativity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead design development and coordination across vertical residential, mixed-use, commercial, and workplace projects, among other assigned responsibilities.

Your Role

As an Architect at Gensler, you will take a leading role in the design development and coordination of architectural and workplace projects, with a focus on vertical residential, mixed-use, commercial, and/or workplace environments.

Working closely with a Design Director, you will help shape strong design concepts and guide them through project delivery with autonomy, creativity, and sound technical judgment. You will actively participate in all phases of the design process, balancing innovative thinking with real-world technical solutions. This role requires personal responsibility, accountability, open communication, and a collaborative approach to delivering exceptional projects.

What You Will Do

Your Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in vertical residential, mixed-use, commercial, and/or workplace projects.
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures.
• Strong leadership, communications and relationship management skills.
• Construction documentation and/or design detail development experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Business proficiency in English is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit is required.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, 3d Max, Illustrator, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Autodesk Certified are a plus.

Full-time onsite position based in Buenos Aires (CABA), Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
