SC Johnson in Argentina is seeking an Analyst, Accounts Payable on a fixed-term contract (1 año) based in Buenos Aires – San Isidro. You will process supplier invoices, resolve exceptions, and support KPI reporting within the LATAM Shared Service Center.

You will collaborate with finance teams, ensure compliance with local requirements, and look for process improvements, while delivering high-quality service to internal customers.

Qualifications

• Advanced student or graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, or a related field.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and documents, reviewing documentation, approvals, PO information, tax requirements, and accounting details.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve invoice exceptions, blocked invoices, duplicate invoices, and other processing issues.
• Generate reports and monitor Accounts Payable KPIs, including invoice processing timeliness.
• Identify recurring issues and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, and/or automate Accounts Payable processes.
• Ensure AP activities comply with policies, internal controls, and procedures, maintaining supporting documentation.
• Deliver activities according to SLAs and operational targets, prioritizing critical invoices and payments.
• Share best practices and contribute to team knowledge, process documentation, and continuous improvement.
