Buscamos un(a) Analista de Logística con un fuerte enfoque en servicio, seguimiento operativo y resolución de problemas para apoyar la distribución eficiente de nuestros productos. Esta posición desempeña un papel clave en el monitoreo de entregas, la coordinación con operadores logísticos y la colaboración con equipos internos para garantizar una experiencia excepcional para nuestros clientes. Esta ubicación es temporal por 1 año y trabaja en un esquema híbrido. El lugar físico de trabajo se encuentra en Belén de Escobar, Buenos Aires.

Principales responsabilidades

• Dar seguimiento diario a las entregas y al desempeño de los operadores logísticos para asegurar el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio.
• Monitorear el estado de los pedidos y mantener visibilidad de la operación para los equipos internos.
• Coordinar con transportistas y proveedores logísticos la programación y cumplimiento de entregas.
• Gestionar incidencias de distribución, identificando causas y dando seguimiento a su resolución.
• Apoyar a los equipos comerciales y de servicio al cliente en temas relacionados con entregas y abastecimiento.
• Dar seguimiento a entregas especiales, materiales promocionales y requerimientos urgentes del negocio.
• Elaborar reportes e indicadores de desempeño logístico para la toma de decisiones.
• Identificar riesgos operativos y proponer acciones preventivas que mitiguen impactos en el servicio.
• Colaborar con áreas internas para priorizar pedidos, optimizar procesos y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
• Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua que contribuyan a una operación logística más eficiente y efectiva.

Formación académica

• Licenciatura concluida o últimos semestres (disponibilidad de tiempo completo) en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

Experiencia

• Experiencia o conocimiento en procesos logísticos y cadena de suministro.
• Experiencia previa en seguimiento de distribución, transporte o servicio al cliente será valorada.
• Interés por desarrollarse en áreas de logística y operaciones.

Conocimientos técnicos

• Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
• Conocimientos de cadena de abastecimiento y procesos logísticos.
• Inglés básico a intermedio.
