OnHires seeks an AI Video Editor to convert raw AI-generated assets into polished, ready-to-run VSL and UGC-style ads. You will follow briefs from a Senior Creative Strategist, translating directions into finished videos with an AI-first workflow.

You will own the editing process, decide tools and angles, and routinely ship multiple variants weekly to meet volume targets. Prior ad-editing experience at a DTC brand is essential.

Formación

• Must have real D2C/ecommerce ad experience with meaningful ad spend.
• Previous similar role at a DTC brand or agency producing ad video at volume.
• Fluency across finishing workflow: editing, captions, pacing, motion.

Responsabilidades

• Generate raw content using Higgsfield and other AI tools, then edit into ready-to-run ad creative.
• Decide independently which tools and edit angles to apply per brief.
• Ship multiple high-quality ad variants per week; volume-driven role.
• Translate briefs into finished video exactly as directed by strategists.
