Job summary

PwC Argentina's Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks a Senior Associate to support the AI Trust Manager and help ensure compliance with local and network regulations. You will work with global teams, expand risk assessments, and implement AI trust controls while growing your skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with business, technology and risk teams to govern emerging AI solutions, maintain risk registers and governance documentation, and drive improvements in governance

Qualifications

• English proficiency required
• Undergraduate degree in a related field (see list above)
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with business, technology, and risk teams to ensure responsible adoption and deployment of emerging AI solutions
• Maintaining risk registers, issue tracking, and governance documentation to support regulatory readiness
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance governance processes, operational efficiency, and risk management capabilities
• Supporting development and implementation of compliance programs, trust and safety controls, and streamlined risk review processes
• Conducting risk assessments and monitoring compliance with internal and external regulations under supervision
• Onboarding and maintaining managed services by keeping risk data, governance artifacts, and documentation up-to-date
