• Lead and empower AI Pod Architects and production teams for scalable, high-quality execution across client engagements.
• Contribute to solution design and strategic client conversations, ensuring feasibility and sustainability of commitments.
• Drive evolution of AI-powered delivery, transforming traditional workflows into more intelligent and efficient models.
• Own delivery performance, capacity planning, quality standards, and operational efficiency across the production unit.
• Collaborate across business, technology, and delivery teams to continuously improve capabilities and maximize client value.
