S&P Global Energy seeks an AI risk manager in the In-Business Controls (IBC) team to shape AI risk governance and controls across the division. You will design fit-for-purpose SOPs, build monitoring for early issue detection, and lead incident readiness for AI systems with IT, Legal, and Risk partners.

The role involves turning complex AI risks into practical controls, engaging senior stakeholders, and influencing the strategic AI control framework within a global energy context.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in a risk, compliance, or control function with AI/technology infrastructure exposure.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, data handling, and ethics.
• Strong ability to simplify processes, identify risks, and drive automation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with senior stakeholder engagement.

• Identify and evaluate potential risks related to AI technologies and applications.
• Review and develop SOPs to mitigate risks and ensure standards compliance.
• Work closely with IT, legal, and compliance teams to align AI initiatives with risk frameworks.
