Outlier is seeking QA Coders to audit AI-generated code and assess model responses from developers across Latin America. You will review code for quality, consistency and correctness, and contribute prompts that challenge AI models to improve coding tasks.

The role offers remote, flexible participation with pay up to $34 USD per hour plus incentive components based on project metrics and performance. Prior production code experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (required).
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase, ideally for a tech company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve model outputs.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
