Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to help improve AI models by reviewing AI-generated code and providing structured feedback. You will rate model responses and contribute well-crafted CS prompts to push the models' coding capabilities.

This is a flexible, remote opportunity across participating countries in Latin America. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS, experience with live production code, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions - accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
