Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of instructional design or curriculum development for adult learners.
• Experience building on an LMS and writing valid assessments and item banks.
• Ability to translate technical and regulatory content into practical curriculum; crypto compliance familiarity is a plus.
• Production AI fluency: using AI to draft content, generate assessment items, speed up workflows.
• Own end-to-end courses with SME sign-off and verifiable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design learning pathways across self-paced courses, live sessions, and assessments.
• Maintain accuracy and defensibility of TRM Academy certifications; route items to SMEs and verify sources.
• Transform expert knowledge into training materials, exercises, and trainer toolkits for live delivery.
• Co-own product documentation and training across TRM platforms, aligning with releases.
• Deliver multilingual content with localization workflows and SME sign-off.
• Draft with AI, verify accuracy, and establish reusable workflows adopted by the Academy.
