Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Growth Strategist for an AI-native marketing agency operating remotely in LATAM.

You own client accounts end to end, write brand messaging in Claude, and directly manage SEO, social, and paid media, including conversion tracking and ad account structure. You'll build Claude workflows, tailor tone for multi-location clients in healthcare and regulated spaces, and participate in client calls across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, agency or independent.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools.
• Near-native English for calls and updates.
